• 8th grade only – students were chosen last spring
• Next year applications will come out in the spring
• WEB leaders will facilitate the 6th grade Orientation for incoming 6th graders.
• 8th graders help 6th graders with their transition into middle school
• There are monthly meetings between WEB Leaders and their 6th grade WEB students during the school day
• WEB leaders will meet once a month on a day to be determined.  Transportation is not provided for this opportunity.
• 8th graders lead lessons with their group on topics: school questions, academic tips and more.

• Representatives for grade levels are chosen through an application process the previous year. For 2020-2021, 7th and 8th grade representatives are already selected.
• Students in the 6th grade will be selected during the school year. 
• Meetings are held every Tuesday from 7:00-7:50 am.

NJHS will meet the second Thursday of every month from 7:00-7:50. Students in this program will also do community service projects.

Green Team's focus is environmental and animal sustainability.  Among our many activities, we will beautify Walden Middle School, acquire survival skills, recycle items for Walden, enjoy nature, ask for local businesses to pledge to make Green changes, stop junk mail for citizens in the Park Hill School District and give prizes during lunch to students that bring a Wasteless Wednesday lunch.  All Green Team members that attend more than half of their groups' meeting dates, will be invited to a campfire to roast hot dogs and marshmallows with Kansas City Firefighters!

• Honor choir is an audition choir available to 6th, 7th and 8th grade students
